Who am I?

Hi, I am Dr. Traci Potterf from InnerGeniusHealth.com. As a Functional Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Patient Advocate, I help people address the root causes of illness so they actually get better instead of just managing symptoms and allowing their health to continue to decline. 

Healing with food is very personal to me. I have overcome a wide range of health struggles. These include digestive disorders, toxic mold, chronic pain and fatigue, debilitating anxiety, complex trauma and losing 50 pounds without dieting. I also helped my mom reverse multiple autoimmune diseases, including Crohn's, which has been in remisison since 2004.
