While eating is one of our most fundamental human needs, it seems that humans have never been so confused about what to eat. The industrialization of our diet has led to both mental illness and chronic disease in epidemic proportions. Food is one of the most powerful tools for healing, both individually and collectively - as communities and cultures.

My ambitious intention is to help you get as much clarity as possible as I cover the most frequently asked questions people have been asking over the last two decades. My hope for you is that eating will shift from complicated and confusing to intuitive, pleasurable and joyful.
